Ikhlaq brings a wealth of technical skills and business management
experience to Cambia. In recent years, Ikhlaq has championed the
emerging technology of IP telephony and the SIP protocol for call
signaling to infrastructure and smart client devices.

Before joining Cambia, Ted was Director of Engineering in 3Com
Corporation's Internet Appliances Division where he was in charge
of communications software development as well as mechanical and

business operations executive and practicing attorney.

was led by Benchmark Capital, the premiere Silicon Valley venture
capital firm whose impressive portfolio includes companies such
as eBay, Juniper Networks, Shasta Networks, Handspring, WebVan

investors were Skymoon Ventures, founded by Mike Farmwald of Rambus,
