Solutions Engineers are responsible for successful customer integration with Baynote’s products and solutions. You will work closely with project stakeholders, engineers, and product managers to ensure customer implementations are scoped properly and released on-time with high quality. Responsibilities include configuration, customization, and integration of the Baynote product suite, and ensuring implementations are delivered with optimal performance and complete customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with project stakeholders, engineers, and product managers to ensure projects are scoped accurately and released on-time with high quality.
- Design, configure, and customize Baynote’s products and solutions based on customer requirements and implementation best practices.
- Provide guidance and support for customer integrations via JavaScript and REST APIs, and development of HTML, JavaScript, CSS for customer deployment.
- Provide feedback and support to drive implementation best practices and internal projects to enhance team capacity and scalability.
Requirements:
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in software development with a focus on web technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, XSLT.
- Solid programming abilities in one or more languages, such as Java, PHP, JavaScript, Perl, etc.
- Experience working in UNIX or Linux environment.
- Web application development experience, including knowledge of cross-browser compatibility, is desired. (PHP, JSP, ASP, etc)
- Scripting and database skills a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and desire to learn new technologies.
