Software Developer, Web Applications – Front End
Our client is actively interviewing and will hire several developers with similar skills, these roles are for hands on contributors who have current experience with anywhere from 3 to 7 years after graduation. The roles are junior to senior and could after time lead to a management role, at the present time the applicants must be willing to work hands on. Our client is very financially stable, has very strong funding and offers a rewarding environment for advancement.
The job duties for the successful applicants with be; to Design, develop, test and maintain a highly scalable, robust Customer Facing Web Application platform targeted to the transfer, storage, display and protection of data containing highly sensitive PHI (Protected Health Information).
Someone who has worked with Google or Facebook Applications with a specific focus on Front End design implementation of high touch, web based applications base on HTML/CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, XML /XSLT and Restful WebServices is our target.
• Strong Knowledge and understanding of the following technical skills;
HTML4 HTML5 CSS XML XSL JavaScript Ajax Restful Web Services Object Oriented Design
• Strong web page design and development skills.
• Strong experience at web application development for cross-browser compatibility.
• Detailed understanding of HTML5, Java, python and SQL a plus.
• Prior experience in the design and development of web-based applications.
• Knowledge of modern software development tools including bug tracking systems, source code revision control, and automated testing techniques.
• Proficient in Linux and Windows environments.
BS or MS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is required with 3 – 7yrs of current hands on experience.
