Job Description

SUMMARY:
MobileIron is looking for two field marketing leaders, one each for Americas and EMEA. The successful candidates will be experienced creative marketing leaders who will shape the way we educate and engage senior decision makers about the varied facets of MobileIT and MobileIron’s Enterprise Mobility solutions. These roles create and execute innovative ways to drive fresh thinking in the industry, engage audiences around our vision, and equip our sales and partner teams to scale with the information and tools they need to sell more effectively.
Through the use of your hands-on planning, experience, and other research methods, you will develop insights and craft assets that will help our marketing, sales, and partner teams to deepen engagement with clients. Additionally, you will identify ways to help our global field teams be self-sufficient in the creation of these assets in the future.
This is a cross-functional role, involving collaboration with PR/Comms, Partner Marketing, and several Sales teams across the world.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conceive, develop, and execute marketing campaigns that drive MobileIron’s WW Enterprise business
  • Identify and build innovative marketing strategies and plans to drive education, engagement, and adoption
  • Develop and regionalize thought-leadership materials, client and executive presentations, case studies, and other content designed to accelerate our business momentum and better engage MobileIron’s customers and partners
  • Evangelize MobileIron’s message, best practices, and perspectives to our customers and our industry peers via events, webinars, and other direct client communications channels
RELATED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with strong academic record; advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in field marketing and product marketing
  • Experience in the business technology market and broad knowledge of networks including SaaS, enterprise cloud, and multi-OS products
  • Strong project management skills and experience, including managing external creative agencies, events vendors, and international projects
  • Demonstrated capacity for developing marketing strategies in a client-facing environment; expertise supporting and enabling a sales organization is preferred
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills with creative flair to bring fresh ideas into product positioning and marketing campaigns
  • A self-starter willing to operate at a highly strategic level as well as being open to collaborating internally and externally
