Non-Techie Ebook Operations Lead

Chegg is rapidly expanding our digital footprint. Our success largely hinges on strong, self-driven employees who can take context from management and execute independently. This lead will own the care and feeding of our media pipeline. The media pipeline covers all activities from content receipt from textbook publishers, document transformation, QA checks and final publication to the Chegg web site. The workload is very elastic. As such this position will be responsible for the day to day activities during slow periods, and supervision of temporary staff during busy periods.
