Job Description
Position Summary
We are looking for a smart and quick learning individual to join our Customer Success team. As a Customer Support Specialist you will be primarily responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of CloudShare customers. You will educate and guide our clients, troubleshoot and solve issues and ensure our customers successfully utilize CloudShare platform and services.
The position reports to the Director of Customer Operations.
Major responsibilities of the position:
• Provide on-going phone and online support to CloudShare customers
• Ensure complete resolution for client issues, and success of their program
• Troubleshoot and resolve helpdesk tickets
• Escalate and report technical issues
• Provide web-based training and webinars
• Update knowledge-base and documentation
Knowledge and Skills
• 2-5 years customer facing experience supporting a SaaS/Web Application solution
• Customer facing with excellent communication skills
• Great troubleshooting skills and ‘I will solve the problem’ attitude
• Knowledge of Systems (Windows, Linux) and Networking
• Experienced with VMware is a plus
• HTML, JavaScript, CSS
• Experienced Internet user – familiar with Internet and social-media applications
• Analytical, methodical and detailed individual
Education and experience
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree and at least 3 years experience of customer support for a SaaS solutoin and/or data center. You should be customer focused with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, familiar with web applications and technologies, system and networking and should not accept anything less than a happy customer.
