Leading media &amp;amp; entertainment brands including MTV, ESPN, NBA, Universal Music Group, Sony Music Entertainment, SPIN Magazine, Telepictures, Travel Channel, and many others are using the Kyte Platform to engage with audiences and monetize their brand.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kyte seeks an experienced sales executive to join our management team and lead global sales operations, including generating and closing new business with top tier media and entertainment companies, online publishers and digital ad agencies. We&amp;rsquo;re looking for a seasoned professional with a proven sales track record, management experience, media industry knowledge and technical acumen. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The position is full-time and based out of our San Francisco headquarters overlooking Union Square.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Responsibilities&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Revenue generation for the company through creation of channel partnerships, direct sales, team mentorship and management &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Sales forecasting and business modeling &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Construct, qualify and maintain a robust and dynamic pipeline, focusing on scalable accounts, optimizing deal conversion rates and delivering margins / deal profitability &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Recruit, train and manage a results oriented global sales team &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Develop and manage global sales operations and best practices, including customer and partnership agreements, Salesforce.com CRM, customer engagement process, team quotas and partner incentives &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor industry and competitive trends, through in-depth knowledge of the digital media &amp;amp; entertainment industry &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide strategic and valuable contributions to the Kyte management team &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work closely with marketing to develop Kyte&amp;rsquo;s value proposition, competitive landscape and product positioning &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Grow and measure performance of channel partners, inside sales and field sales &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage communication with the product, professional services and marketing teams &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work with marketing to define and implement required sales materials &lt;/li&gt;

&lt;h2&gt;Requirements&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;BS/BA 4 year University &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;8+ years of relevant sales experience including 2+ years at the VP level &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Previous start-up executive management experience is required, including proven P&amp;amp;L oversight &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to lead through reports, presentations and forecasts (strong working knowledge of desktop tools, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Thorough understanding and aptitude for complex technologies &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent presentation skills, negotiation and track record in closing technology solutions and / or service deals with top-tier media &amp;amp; entertainment companies &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent verbal and written communications &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to manage and accurately prioritize responsibilities for you and your team &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to communicate effectively with individuals, teams, customers and prospects &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to pragmatically evaluate commercial concerns and customer needs &lt;/li&gt;
