The Booyah team is looking for a highly organized individual with outstanding communication and project management skills. The ideal candidate has prior experience in mobile, web, or game development and has domain expertise in how engineering, design, QA, and marketing interact. Self-direction, teamwork, and execution are critical, as well as the ability to anticipate issues and find effective solutions.
Duties
- Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, and QA to facilitate communication
- Work with department leads to determine resource and priority assignments, schedules, and product plans
- Drive team meetings to reach decisions effectively
- Assist the Chief Creative Officer and CEO with creative and organizational tasks as necessary
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in the mobile software, games, or web industry
- Strong instinct and understanding for consumer-facing products and unique value for users
- Experience managing teams and delivering high quality products on time
- Knowledge of the software development process, project management practices, and performance management
- Proven experience managing schedules and employees to achieve desired results
- Creative problem solving and lateral thinking
- Great inter-personal skills and oral and written communication skills
- Incredible attention to detail and follow-through
