Marketing Programs Manager - San Francisco, CA

 

MarkMonitor, the global leader in enterprise brand protection, offers comprehensive solutions and services that safeguard brands, reputation and revenue from As the Marketing Programs Manager, you’ll be responsible for implementing, measuring and optimizing marketing programs to drive enterprise revenue and lead targets. On any day, you’ll be involved with programs from a variety of disciplines – webcasts, podcasts, direct marketing, telemarketing, online and search advertising, and events. You’ll be the go-to person for establishing and maintaining a closed-loop marketing database within Salesforce.com, equipping the sales force with a strong leads pipeline and providing comprehensive program and lead analytics to continually improve the pipeline and optimize marketing efficiencies and expenditures.

You’ll work closely with colleagues in sales, marketing, product management, partner organizations and outside agencies to develop programs and all associated deliverables to make those programs a success.

Critical Responsibilities:

  • 5 years plus B2B marketing programs experience.
  • Deep analytical skills required; a thorough knowledge of Salesforce.com and Excel are musts.
  • A commitment to driving & demonstrating ROI.
  • Experience developing & implementing program measurement systems.
  • A track record of successfully promoting commercial software, meeting or exceeding lead generation goals.
  • Direct marketing experience required in either a client or agency setting.
  • Strong project and vendor management skills with demonstrated ability to deliver on-time and on-budget.
  • Excellent communicator, both in written and verbal form.
  • Excellent knowledge of direct and value-added channel sales and experience driving marketing, lead generation and sales programs through these channels.
  • Enterprise software and security industry experience preferred.
  • Experience marketing in international geographies preferred.
  • BS/BA required.
