Position Overview
Test, verify and debug all modules of the Kineto Client for the Unlicensed Mobile Access Technologies. Build a Client Test Team in line with Client growth and ensure a robust and timely commercialization path. Manage QA lab and work with software developers to define, design, develop, execute, document and implement test cases, as well as define final QA end-to-end tests. Define processes to measure and report QA performance and QC of Engineering Releases.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related. 5 years of progressive experience in the job offered (QA Lead Engineering). Prior work experience to include: establishing QA lab infrastructure while evaluating, implementing, and maintaining QA tools and test environment; QA lead experience in mentoring and managing direct-reports in QA and Engineering. Academic background or work experience to include: cellular protocols in GSM, GPRS, and UMTS technologies; 3GPP standards, including experience with Layer 3; conformance testing of mobile protocols; developing and executing test plans; defect tracking.
