Summary: Seeking Senior CorporateCounsel for its Sunnyvale, CA location.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for negotiating and drafting general business and commmercial agreements.
• Drafting customer service agreements, third party IP licensing agreements, supplier agreements, consulting agreements, sales rep agreements, and marketing agreements.
• Oversee and administer eSilicon's intellectual property portfolio and foreign subsidiaries.
• Assist with all other legal matters within the company.
• Prior inhouse experience with a semiconductor company is perferred, and some technical knowledge concerning semiconductors is preferred.
• Attorneys must be a member of the Ca. Bar Association.

Education and Experience:

• Requires at least 6 years experience negotiating a variety of contracts.
